1)    Age restrictions
The tickets are issued only to adults (18yrs old or more). Children and young people from 1 yr old to 17 yrs old must be escorted by an adult.

2)    Safety
There are certain time and safety rules that must be followed during the trips. The guide in the bus and the signs in every place we visit will inform you properly. The guide in every excursion is considered the leader of the group.

3)    Organizer
Splendor Holidays is cooperating with the best coach tour agencies in Chania and provides tickets to the customers to join these magnificent excursions. The trips are organized and supervised totally by the coach tour agent and Splendor Holidays cannot interfere with the timetable, the route and the stops of the bus during the excursion.

4)    Down payment- Refund
Down payment is the partial or total payment of the ticket before the trip starts. Down payment is refundable only if the ticket is cancelled 48hrs before the trip starts. Payment and cancellation expenses that may occur during these transactions will not be refunded.
If a trip is cancelled then the customer may choose if he wants to join the tour another day or a full refund.

5)    Cancellation
To cancel a reservation simply sent us an email 48 hours before the trip starts with the word "cancel" and your reservation number next to it. Example: “Cancel SM-21102015CTJT”.

6)    Insurances
Each person is responsible for his own safety and the safe keeping of his personal items. Splendor- Holidays does not provide any insurance (theft, travel…) during the tour.

7)    Physical Condition- Health
In certain excursions as the “Samaria Gorge Trip” participants must be in good health and physical condition. Also, proper sport or trekking shoes are required. People with health issues should avoid such excursions. Especially for the Samaria Gorge children under 7 yrs old is not recommended to join the trip.
